Incorporated Since 1992, SUPER VALVE MFG.CO. fulfilling the requirement of IS/BS standard industrial valves. We an ISO 9001 – 2015 Company has adopted the latest technology for manufacturing of valve and possess 3 (three) manufacturing units with all modern facilities for machining & testing (raw materials & finish product).
SUPER make Non Rising Stem Sluice Valves widely accepted by Municipal Corporations, Irrigation Authorities, Water Supply Authorities and other Government and Industrial users. These are designed as per latest editions of IS Standard bearing ISI mark. There is no upward movement of the stem in a non-rising stem type. The valve disk is threaded internally. The disc travels along the stem like a nut when the stem is rotated. In this type of valve, stem threads are exposed to the flow medium. Therefore, this design is used where space is limited to allow linear stem movement, and the flow medium does not cause erosion, corrosion, or wear and tear to stem material. This type of valve also known as inside screw valve.
A complete range of Gate valves for all of your high pressure and high temperature applications, proven over years of service in conventional thermal and nuclear power plants as well as other HP steam services around the world. Also preferred in high pressure, high temperature hydrocarbon or petrochemical processing services. Only SUPER offers the advantages of one-piece forged valves in sizes up to 24" (600 mm).

SUPER Diaphragm Valves are designed for water & effluent treatment, desalination plants, power plants, chemicals & process plants, fertilizers and mining. The valves are simple in construction, effective for liquids and gases encountered with corrosion, abrasion, clogging & contamination.
The wide variety of body materials and linings available mean our Diaphragm Valves are designed for use where the process may demand other valves be constructed of exotic and often expensive alloys due to corrosion and erosion. Equally suited to on and off, or flow control applications, a diaphragm valve is designed to handle positive pressures or high vacuum. Due to the wide range of material options it will handle almost all applications within its temperature and pressure ranges (175째C max. and 16 bar max.) and as such is used in almost every industry on both corrosive and abrasive applications. All working parts are isolated from the line media which enhances its reliability. Maintenance is a simple task with the body remaining in the pipe, the valve thus being field serviceable. It has linear flow characteristics which makes it well suited to throttling or modulating duties. On/off and control automation is possible with the use of modern compact actuators and accessories.
Knife gate valves are designed mainly for on-off and isolation services in systems with high content of suspended solids. The knife gate valves are especially beneficial for handling slurry, viscous, corrosive and abrasive media. The valves have a minimized pressure drop in fully open position, they are easy to actuate, they have a relatively low weight and are cost effective. Knife gate valves are designed to work in some of the most harsh environments, typically having a sharpened blade to cut through heavy liquids. They are especially useful in wastewater applications where corrosion is an important issue. So, in addition to the valve design optimized for slurry media, it is beneficial to have a knife made of acid-proof stainless steel as this makes it less susceptible to damages caused by corrosion and as a consequence it needs less frequent maintenance or even replacement. Knife gate valves should only be used for applications requiring a completely open or completely closed position and should not be used to regulate flow unless they are designed for it. Whenever fluid is forced against a partially closed gate, there will be a vibration, gradually eroding the disc and seat. In addition, the knife gate valves are designed to slowly open and close to safeguard against the impacts of water hammer.
